PWT Offers Even More - Reduced Lead Times To further improve our service to our loyal customer base and to make ourselves even more attractive to potential new clients, PWT is pleased to announce that, for a trial period we are reducing our standard lead time to 7 working days from the current 10. This will further differentiate us from our off shore competitors and hopefully enable more production business to be retained in the UK. This has been made possible by the increased capacity created by the new Multi Layer Bonding Press and the updating of the Electrolytic Plating Line. This has made us more competitive than we have ever been on larger batches so that our customers can continue to benefit from PWT’s quality and service for their production schedules too. - Improved Capabilities At PWT we are aware that we must constantly look to improve our offering in order to continue to grow in an increasingly competitive market. To this end we are pleased to announce the following extensions to our capability specification: Ohmega Ply Ohmega Ply is a thin film resistor - conductor material. Using standard subtractive printed circuit technology, integral resistors are formed on circuit layers. These resistors can be buried within a multilayer circuit board or used on the board surface. We are already seeing demand for this technology and believe this can only grow. Polyimide Multi-Layers
Thanks to the new multi layer bonding press we unveiled in our last bulletin, PWT is now able to support our customers requirements for polyimide multi-layers.
