Net End:
A net end is a pad or plated through hole at the end of a branch of an electrical circuit. Often this is called the extreme net end of a circuit. Nets can have many net ends,
depending on the complexity of the circuit. Net ends may be on inner layers but they will be inaccessible for testing.
